Demi Charalambous

Demi is an experienced Paediatric Physiotherapist who has done extensive work in the hospital, school and private sector. Demi graduated from La Trobe University in 2015, with a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice. She has worked extensively with babies, toddlers and children through to adolescence in musculoskeletal and neurological fields, including disability and complex needs.

She approaches her sessions with passion and warmth, to assist children to engage in the session. She enjoys working with babies from birth with post-birth complications, gross motor delays and diagnosed conditions. She also works with children with injuries/pain. She believes that working collaboratively with the family brings the best outcome for the child. She is also experienced in wheelchair and assistive technology prescription as well as the NDIS framework.

Demi has a son Harry who is almost 2 years old, and understands the challenges of engaging a child in exercises, whilst balancing life. She understands the importance of building a program that fits into the busy schedules of families.

Demi speaks Greek, loves spending time with her family and enjoys keeping fit and active!
