Nathalie Comty – Teacher / Coach

South Yarra on Saturdays

Nathalie Comty has over 26 years working in K-12 schools, with a specialism in Autism, behaviour and Special Education Needs (SEN). Nathalie is a registered teacher in Melbourne, Hong Kong and the UK, as well as an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation. She holds a Bachelor of Education from The University of Melbourne and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from the Swinburne University of Technology. Nathalie has experience working in the international school, special needs, mainstream primary and secondary school setting and been an advisor and coach to schools.

Nathalie can provide a young person, with the opportunity to voice their concerns, through an exploratory process. Nathalie can then guide the young person to navigate through what is most important to them and where they would like to be. Working with Nathalie can help a young person to be proud in saying “This is who I am and this is what I want to do.” Nathalie can support the young person to identify their needs and their day to day concerns.

Nathalie specialises in working with primary, secondary and young adults with special needs, school refusers and young people lacking in motivation. Coaching provides her young people with the structure to move forward in life, whilst achieving personal success. Her vast experience in learning diversity has enabled her to achieve success with many students throughout the years. Nathalie’s style is caring, supportive and non judgemental, whilst also being able to build rapport and trust with her clients and their families immediately.
